Momo D. Madiah, II (Mo) is a seasoned operations executive with over 30 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and financial services. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Madiah Group, LLC, Mo brings a distinctive blend of strategic foresight, hands-on execution, and servant leadership to ensure organizations achieve operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, Momo has held key leadership roles at industry giants like RR Donnelley, Taylor Communications, and Wells Fargo, where he led plant turnarounds, improved performance metrics, optimized supply chains, and introduced Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable results. He is known for transforming underperforming operations into high-efficiency environments, improving on-time delivery, reducing costs, and empowering cross-functional teams to exceed expectations.
